General Guidelines for Roleplaying.
------------------------------------

1. Please be respectful of your fellow members. Everyone has a person or two they may not be particularly fond of, but don’t use it as an excuse to start some drama or conflict against them. If you have any problems with a particular member, please address them in private or notify the club admins.
2. Please use proper English when In-Character. We would prefer our members to make proper use of spelling and grammar. No butchering the English language with chatspeak or net speak please (Ex: CN I HAS CHEEZBRGR?).
3. Please refrain from Godmodding, Metagaming, and the like. Godmodding is portraying your character as invincible or perfect, and cannot be affected by anything or anyone (A.K.A. God character). Metagaming is using information you know out of character to your advantage, even when the character you are playing cannot plausibly possess this information on its own. Please treat the roleplay environment as fairly as possible.
4. Please keep all content PG-13. That means generally refraining from posting anything that might be inappropriate for younger members to view, including excessive swearing and gory or sex-related topics.
5. As much as possible, please stay active. Whether you are playing a canon character or an original character, please make sure to log in at least once or twice a week. We advise you don’t make your status Invisible and make your Activity and Stats active so we may have an easier time keeping track of everyone. Once a month, the club will announce a Roll Call, and those who fail to respond will be pegged as inactive and dismissed from the club.
6 Three-Strikes Your Out Policy Inactivity isn't the only thing that can get you dismissed from the club. If you break any of the rules you get a strike. If you reach three we'll have to dismiss you.

Character Bio Only Applies to OCs: A brief description of your character, at least a paragraph (or 4-5 lines).

RP Sample: A monologue or a narration of or by your character, at least a paragraph (or 4-5 lines) long. Any subject is accepted

Number of times you check your account per week: Please make sure you are able to log on to your account at least twice a week

Ideas/Suggestions for your character: Anything special you might have planned/ want to plan with other members?



-Once your application has been accepted, you will be permitted to make a character account, which will me added to the members list. After that, go get acquainted with the members and have some fun!
-IMPORTANT!: For –Canon- accounts, please do not forget to give the club your passwords, as these accounts will be made available to other members interested should the original player become inactive or suspended. I suggest using a password made JUST for those accounts. Do not use a password you normally use when you sign up for stuff. (emails, forums, etc.) We don't want people getting into your personal accounts ,you know. Note this applies only to Canon accounts, not OCs.

Guidelines for Character Applications.
------------------------------------

1. Members are allowed up to 4 characters, if they think they can handle so many and if they have been a member for at least a month. Then and only then may you make another account. Please, try not to claim more than one official at once, let the others have a chance to grab one! If you have 4 characters and still think you could handle more or really have another one you must absolutely have, notify Sutoki.

2. Do not create a character account before the club has accepted your application and has given the OK.

3. Make sure your Status and Activity is made public so the club can keep track of member activity.

4. Please stay In-Character as much as possible (to give characters a more realistic feel) and limit the amount of Out of Character messages made on pages. Or simply transfer to private messaging when needed.

5. Already joined before? If you have already gotten accepted into the club once before you no longer need to submit an application with a RP sample. We just need a bio of your OC to make sure they are suitable for the RP environment. However if you are submitting a canon application you must always submit a RP sample despite already
being a member. (We need to make sure you keep the canon character in character)
6. Be creative with your characters! Especially for canon characters: don’t feel too confined with the way they are portrayed in the show. Explore and do as much as you wish, but don’t go too out of character.

6.For Original Characters.
------------------------------------
6.a.)Though human characters are permitted, they must have an excellent application + a background that will make sense and fits in with the main plot, I would not like just random humans roaming about because everyone wants them it distracts from the actual set of how the movie is/was.

6.b) Please be reasonable with the kind of characters you submit. No God Characters (untouchable, invincible, omnipotent beings) or Mary Sues (characters that are perfect or popular by default!

6.c.) Original Characters, no matter how you justify it, cannot have any previous or close relations with Official Characters! They shall start off as strangers to everyone around them!

6.d.) Once your account has been made and accepted, don’t forget to make an introductory journal! OC introductions are really important, because we don’t know anything about them. Please don’t let your OCs be a cliché. Use your imagination! Determine which characters do you want to role-play with and choose your character’s personality according to them.
